How's this made? Fresh durian, duriam jam, durian flavoring, 3in1 (Nutrigold has such a flavor)?

I actually don't know—but maybe it was made with durian extract? (I'm speculating.) I had this at The Farm, a good restaurant in Koronadal. It tasted like sweet cappuccino with a hint of durian. Masarap naman!
