I don’t remember what RT means exactly, but former Oncology chief fellow @paulovergara wrote this, using my fountain pen, in my pocket notebook in our trip to the Chinese University Hong Kong for the master class in sarcoma (soft tissue tumors). Now, he’s an avid fountain user, a fan of the Pilot Vanishing Point series. Onward, Papau!
