Week 28: Trauma
There was nothing particularly traumatic about this week—except the lectures, which dealt mostly with severed limbs and bloody wounds. Because there's no apparent theme for the photos, I may have do a little explaining.
From the top. (1) Taft Avenue in the morning. I have to cross this busy, dirty, often flooded street to reach the Philippine General Hospital. (2) A toddler grabbing a piece of the French fries. Looking at him amused me: he had no problems in the world. Oh, the virtue of childlikeness. (3) The tennis court. I haven't played in a very long time. (4) My photo got featured in a European Magazine. It was so funny. (5) I met with Luther and Jason this weekend. I miss my old friends. (6) My brother's book collection. (7) My stash of notebooks and other reading materials. Maybe I should dispose of them soon.
I'm amazed to know that this is my 995th post since I started blogging in 2004. How fast time flies.
