I hope it's not a case of obstructive sleep apnea
At the breakfast table, my brother tells me, "You were talking in your sleep last night."
"Was I snoring?" I ask.
"Yes, you were."
"And what was I saying?" People can spill their deepest, darkest secrets while they're unconscious. I'm curious.
"You were looking for something. You kept saying, 'Where is the toxicology report? Where is the toxicology report?'"
I can't remember dreaming about working in a lab or treating a case of chemical poisoning. In fact, I can't remember anything. But maybe that means I was able to reach the random eye movement (REM) stage of sleep, which is usually indicative of a good sleep pattern.
What bothers me is how bossy and domineering my subsconscious sounds. And how geeky.
